Serves 2 - 4 10min prep + 1hr freezing time DF / GF
3 frozen bananas
5 medjool dates - soaked in hot water for 10mins and then drained
1/2 cup WDOM chocolate milk
1 tbsp raw cacao or cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
Put all ingredients in a bullet blender or food processor and blend until a smooth cream forms. Transfer to a loaf tin or metal dish and freeze for an hour.
Serve with chocolate sauce, cacao nibs, nuts or chocolate pieces.
